Flowers for a girl who lives a a ways away?

so here the thing. i just asked a question like 20 minutes ago about how to tell a girl i like her when weve been friends for a long time and i dont want to ruin out friendship. well i didnt mention that she lives 2 1/2 hours away from her. im thinkin about driving down and supprising her with flowers and tellin her that way. Good or bad? please lemme kno. also is a long distance relationship a bad thing.?

Personnally I hate flowers. To me they are pointless. You are going to go out and buy her something that is just going to die in a matter of days. Is that how you want to show someone you care, by giving them something that is going to die? You would be better off with a plant, stuffed animal, and/or chocolates. At least these will last a bit longer and be a bit more enjoyable. I think it would be nice of you to drive down their and deliver them yourself. The worst thing she can say is no, right? Long distance relationships can be good and bad. That is something you will have to decide after you know if she likes you.

Reply:If you want to give her flowers but don%26#039;t know if you should drive there to give them to her i would go to 1800flowers.com you can pick them out and they will deliver them i did it last week to my girlfriend she loved them and all the people at her work were jealous. If you like her you should tell her because she might feel the same way. I%26#039;m glad i sent her the flowers now we are planning on getting married at the end of this year. As for a long distance relationship If you really like each other you can make it work. I%26#039;ve made it work. My girlfriend only lives an hour away so that%26#039;s not as bad as yours but like i said you can make it work. Good Luck

Reply:Well, how does she feel about u? Surprises can be cool if she is really into you. 2.5 hours isn%26#039;t all that far.....I drove 6 hours to hang with a guy. But he knew I was coming....think long and hard about this. No offense, but it could come off a little psycho...

Reply:I agree.. don%26#039;t drive the flowers personally- girls love receiving them delivered. I think that if she likes you- you will get a phone call right away- if she doesn%26#039;t you won%26#039;t, but at least your won%26#039;t get rejected to your face. Make sure you pick red roses, there is not an ambiguos meaning behind that.
